A university undergraduate had caused serious chaos among residents in
his area after he stabbed his mum with a knife and subsequently used the
same knife to chop off his own penis.
20-year-old Charlie Mann, attacked his mum and injured her badly in their home located at a leafy suburb in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, United Kingdom.
The reason behind his action was not mentioned.
The duo were rushed to Royal Sussex County Hospital, in Brighton, for emergency treatment where medical officials were able to reattach his penis, Mirror UK reports.
He was arrested and arraigned before Lewes Crown Court on Monday, January 19, 2015.
He was further remanded in custody pending on his sentence on Monday, February 23, 2015.
This is the umpteenth time a man chopped off his penis.
Last month, a self-acclaimed devout member of Redeemed Christian Church of God cut off his penis because he wanted to concentrate on a fasting programme organized by the church.
Additionally, a 35 year old man in Kwara state also severed his penis after some strange women appeared to him in his dream and urged him to do so.
An aggrieved woman had also cut off her cheating husband’s penis twice after discovering some messages he sent to his girlfriend using her phone.
